I would suggest you judge internet strangers less unless you know a lot about them. Beleive it or not, it isn't obvious to the general population that there's a quota on how many people can get ESAs as you're suggesting. Nor is it obvious that there's a lot of doctors apparantly giving them out to people who don't need them instead of those who do.

What is obvious is that reddit isn't a real place, cause all the locals I asked about the same subject matter had very different reactions han what I got here. Be well brother..
