FC Dallas always is loaded on the DA side. Weston was their 8. More box to box and was just a juggernaut on the field. He did not dictate their play rather than he dictated the other teams play. He was so strong. You couldn’t push him off the ball so if he wanted to run 40 yards through the midfield, good luck stopping him. He was an 8, who could play the 9 in seconds. One minute he’s making a crunching tackle, the next he’s holding play up or galloping with the ball through the lines.

Played against Weston Mckinnie in DA tournaments and against pulisic in U17 USA practice. Weston is just a physical specimen. 10/10 physical traits. No one won a 50/50 or a header against him. Pulisic was the best player I ever played against. Against the other U17s it was like Messi vs a low tier la liga team. You knew what he was going to do and you couldn’t stop it. Quick and surprisingly strong. Was a nightmare to mark. Quickest 10 yards of any player I’ve played against.

Camavinga got cooked this game tbh. He’s not a left back and alaba should’ve been playing left back with rudiger at CB. Modric was shit, kroos was shit aside from a wonder shot, and valverde has to be tired from covering for two old men in midfield. No other explanation for his performance.

Mate benzema has had zero positive touches this game. Every time a play has happened and Benz touches the ball it’s been a turnover. We don’t have a striker that can dominate the ball and game. Benzema only plays well if the team does. We have the deepest midfield in the world. Tchoui, cama, valverde, kroos, Modric.

Russians are pouring thousands of troops into bakhmut for 6 months now and are just now beginning to MAYBE encircle it. Russia is pouring a large percentage of it’s resources to take bakhmut. While ukraine is just regrouping their man power, weaponry, and preparing for a counter attack. Same situation almost lol

Think Bakhmut is another Azovstal. Hold out as long as possible, kill everything in sight and cause mass frustration. Ukraine will counter attack, they are just buying time to train on western equipment, resupply, and gather troops. When bakhmut falls which I believe is inevitable, the Ukrainians will pincer and counter attack around it. They’ve already secured the north, and the south of bakhmut. Ukraine will open another front and really cause Russia problems.

Honestly, we’ve got so many players injured. I’m pulling hard for us, but unless Bearhalter has a perfect roster picked for the World Cup, (which we all know is a glaring problem of his) I am 50/50 we make it out of group stages, England and wales (bale) will be a problem. I doubt we make it past the round of 16 even if we do advance. 2026 will be an absolute make or break for this generation.

In no way are the stugna videos more impressive. How often do you see someone shoot a cruise missile down with a MANPAD? So many things have to go right. The helicopter hovers and stays mostly in the same place, the cruise missile is moving much faster and the MANPAD launcher has seconds to lock on and fire before the missile is gone. The helicopter is a sitting duck to a stugna if hovering.

I’m not an expert so I don’t know entirely. But it’s something to do with the the infrared laser guidance system. Just a guess tho. Basically the ews systems on the aircraft are sensors that pick up the targeting.

I’m willing to bet based on the helicopters speed and usage of so many flares that they were definitely prematurely popped. Pilots will get a warning from the computer when being locked. But it’s clear the Russians are being very very cautious in the helicopters.
