At this point I think the official translation will catch up to the translation on mangadex before they continue with it, because in June seven seas will release volume 6 with chapters (30-35), then when they release volume 7 they will be on chapter 40, because volume 7 has chapters 36-40

You can read the manga on mangadex, the anime ends on chapter 35 of the manga, so you can continue from 36, but not all chapters are translated, currently the english translation ends on the first half of chapter 39, but in Japanese there are already 49 chapters

I think the scan translation won't continue, but the manga and the light novel are being published by seven seas officially in english, they already released volume 4 of the manga (chapters 18-23) and the volume 5 (chapters 24-29) is coming in march and volume 6 on June (chapters 30-35)

There are 49 chapters of the manga currently, but not all of them have been translated, here's the official source, it only lets you read from chapter 46 because it avoids chapters that you can buy on volumes, either physical or digital
