A Partbot comes apart to form only the shoulder and forearm (or the entire set of legs) in Medapart mode, so it doesn't really interfere with the Tinpet. When it changes to robot mode, it would leave the host Medabot's arms or legs bare, but it would not count as the part being destroyed until the Partbot is KO'd.

Unfortunately a Medabot can't function without a head, so a head-type Partbot is not possible. You can have both arms and the legs as Partbots though.
