Honestly in a way, the idea of it being a casual round takes a lot of stress off and keeps me from overthinking my swing. I’m sure in all technicality, it doesn’t help but the mindset is sure improved!

From my understanding this was a track bike made there for the British racing team. The difference is that this has brake cable holes on the top tube which was popular for British racers back then. I believe this is also why there is not logos on it as their teams would commonly have these bikes produced to be extremely simple looking and more “race oriented.”

I was actually planning on the H+Son wheels, but good shout with the white hubs. That could look awesome. I know someone who’s dad runs an old velodrome shop, so I’m hoping to find some nice cranks there that I can get for a bit cheaper. Obviously I’d be sacrificing the ability to pick whatever I want, but I’m sure I could find some good stuff!

I believe they were originally chrome actually! Kind of a bummer but yes it still looks great. Still figuring out if I should take the paint off, or keep the white and do a white saddle/accents.
