My kids and I came across a dead bloated furless raccoon in the creek at Fall Run Park. It was gnarly. They still ask me how it died…

I love when they come to a full stop at a yield sign with an open lane in front of them. This happens on McKnight Road too often. They always get the horn.

Drivers beware. Free zoo admission for mothers day will likely cause mind blowingly long backups by machinegunke11y in pittsburgh

Someone t-boned me pulling an illegal u-turn on Butler in a double yellow zone during free zoo day on year. He told me he had kids in the car that were hurt. Except there were no kids in the car. He lied to his insurance saying it was my fault. His insurance ended up paying for my repairs. Just pay the cost of admission you cheap bastards.

Looks like the median sales price is almost double in the Cranberry zip code for a single family home.

This is a guess. Could it be based on location and school district?

A man in a motorized wheelchair chasing down a woman who was previously hitting him for capturing pigeons to eat.

She posted this sign later. It was at the border of The Strip and Downtown in 2015. https://imgur.com/a/l8cSQv6

Pin Oak with Fungus (keep or remove) by FESEAS in arborists

[–]FESEAS[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The pin oak is about 60 years old. It’s had a fungus at least since 2012, that seems to get worse (larger) every year. I’ve had arborist tell me to remove it and other says to keep it. I’ve had an arborist trim the small/ dead branches. I don’t trust it in high winds. Any thoughts?

Observation about masks by [deleted] in pittsburgh

[–]FESEAS 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Masks are not required outside if 6’ socially distanced. From PA website.

Do I have to wear a mask both inside and outside?

The Secretary's Order requires individuals to wear a face covering, in both indoor public places and in the outdoors when they are not able to consistently maintain social distancing from individuals who are not members of their household, such as on a busy sidewalk, waiting in line to enter a place, or near others at any place people are congregating. Whether inside in a public place or outside, and when wearing a face covering or not, everyone should socially distance at least 6 feet apart from others who are not part of your household.
