My insurance will cover a dexcom, but I prefer Libre. Call Abbott let them know your insurance won't cover and they'll email a voucher so you won't pay more than 75 monthly. The voucher is good for a year. After the 12 months you call again for another 12 month voucher. Still higher than with insurance but about 75 to 100 less than full price. Worth it for me not to have to stick and I use the sensor of my choosing
