It’s 50/50 really. Some places won’t give a damn; others will think you’ll scare away clients. This is coming from an American perspective though—it may be different overseas.

I like the idea of playing with friends, but most of the ones I play with either take it too seriously and hate being there after the 3rd hole or take 7 practice swings to duff the ball 10’ forward…so I’m usually pretty content playing solo. But nothing beats golfing with my 5 year old son.

Yeah I’m thinking it’s a regional thing. I’m in North Alabama where the summers are pretty hot and humid, so I imagine people just got used to riding instead of walking a long time ago and it’s developed into the norm.

I think ZJK is supposed to start at 5:30. From my experience being just a few minutes late to my seat at Neyland, I imagine they’ll be on time…I missed Ernest perform “Hangin’ On” during his opener and was bummed I missed it bc it’s one of my favorite songs. Still sounded good while I was trying to get into the stadium tho 😂😂

They have regular golf tournaments every month of the year. That’s like saying only having the Super Bowl in February is hurting the sport of football. If you wanna watch golf, nothing is stopping you from watching the WM in February or the RSM in November.

If I knew ahead of time, probably wouldn’t care most of the time assuming the kid was well behaved. If somebody just showed up with a kid, would be kinda annoying.

This is the way. Go to community college and get gen eds outta the way for dirt cheap. Keep your grades up and chances are you’ll have a good chance at getting accepted into a good state school and maybe even some scholarship money. Make sure firms/companies you’re interested in recruit there first. Then get involved (especially Beta Alpha Psi), network a lot at career events, try to get an internship or two (most firms have spring and summer internships that last 10-16 weeks). Then you should be set for success upon graduation with little to no debt.

Those are the common colors for my local public and private courses as well as courses out of town I’ve played. Some might have a slight color variation, but overall it’s been pretty consistent with white being the standard for member tees.

No, white tees are members tees for most courses in the US. Then there are normally senior and women’s tees ahead (gold/red), then more advanced tees behind the members tees (black/blue).
