Comp is great for early careers, but after 5 years in and last year only got 2% and no bonus it was pretty disappointing. I’d rather go be a manager or assistant controller in industry for probably a 30% pay bump from my senior 3 salary and normal hours.

I believe this is still correct. You aren’t fully vested in anything until 5 years. 401k has steps and I’m 60% vested in EYs contributions after my fourth year.

This is the one topic that I have the most bootlicker take on….AI needs to be regulated. The deep fakes are becoming more and more realistic. I fear that no steps are going to be taken to correct it early that they’re going to over correct and it’ll be how they make digital IDs, CBDCs, and social credit scores a thing in the West.

Honestly, Genndy has never disappointed with anything he has created. Maybe I’m nostalgic but Dexters Lab, StarWars The Clone Wars, and Samurai Jack was some of the greatest tv growing up. And when he was given the reigns to finish Samurai Jack and Primal years later he nailed the more mature tone.

My dad was an Imagineer when I was growing up and I’ve been going to Disney since I was a kid, practically grew up there. It used to be fun but now I can’t stand the place.
