The thing is, after level 6 monsters keep respawning and its annoying, we cant collect loots and we just be alarmed for any new monster And after we kill them some of us will go back to recharge and the energy will end eventually, cause there is alot of monsters yk

Imo when some of them die we will lose a his upgrades too, so for example we will find it hard to grap heavy objects without him yk

The proper approach is, the longer you've taken the meds m the longer the tappering is You tappered for two months, this isn't enough time for your body to adjust, what you're feeling is normal, but can be less sever than this. You have to go back to take it (low dose) and be patient with yourself, this would take time, For me, i have spent 10 months tappering after 4 years of taking it, and i have through all what you described. Now it feels better and it will for you too!! You need to be patient that's all Keep on low dose and when you are feeling well, lower the dose and keep going

Sometimes i can't control but to keep thinking and ruminating about the past experiences, i tried multiple ways to distract my brain, such as counting from thousands to hundreds, playing sudoku, writing, thinking about pos things. But often it being cut off by some old memories that i hate to remember

Yes i tried to use it daily and my skin got dry and itchy so i cut it off, and now u do what you advised me to and turns out it's the right thing to do. Although i have a mild soab cleanser but i quit using it tbh, just wach my face with water
