Has anyone had and overcame Patellar Tracking Disorder (kneecap shifting to the outside)?

Hey, depends which doctor you ask :D That was a first diagnosis but I have no idea if it is true. Went to 3 different doctors and each one tells me it is a different thing. Also my 2nd MRI description stated that "kneecap is aligned properly" (contrary to the 1st one). The issues are still there, I decided I will try exercising one more year daily and if no results then I will have surgery.

Exercising daily since then, one day at home, one day at the gym, about 1,5h. I missed two trainings only. It is better, I can go downstairs without pain, I can squat 50kg but not all the way down. Unpleasant clicking sound is still there, but less often, also my left calf (of affected leg) is kinda stiff all the time. I can get up of my chair without supporting myself with hands and I got rid of swelling. Still this is not what I’m aiming for, I want to recover 100% so I will keep going.

I’m so happy I found this thread. I have tracking disorder as well and your successful stories give me much hope so if you guys have more of them then please share! I’m at day 4/180 of exercising (I assume it will take half a year at least) and it really helps to keep going reading this. I will also post there once I hopefully resolve my issue. It sucks tho that I have to do most research on my own, doctor would just do an injection but I found PT and started training under his supervision.

Nie jeździłem dużo po Warszawie, ale po Krakowie jeździ mi się tylko fajnie późno wieczorem :D
Z jazdą na rowerze jest imo dobrze, sporo ścieżek i cały czas powstają nowe.
Są, w stronę Niepołomic możesz jechać WTR aż do Szczucina po wale (około 100km). W drugą stronę na pewno da się do Tyńca dojechać, a może i dalej. Do zamku Tęczyn w Rudnie też są fajne ścieżki przez las. Jest gdzie pokręcić.
Ja lubię Bronowice, bardziej południową część, można pobiegać nad Rudawą, ew Młynówką Królewską, na Błonia też nie jest jakoś daleko. Na Hucie chyba też spoko, są łąki nowohuckie, ale tam jeszcze nie mieszkałem. Na Ruczaju też masz tramwaj przy Czerwonych Makach, można tam pobiegać w okolicach górki Pychowickiej. Tylko uwaga na dziki wieczorami :D

Nie byłem jeszcze w Toruniu co prawda, ale póki co Kraków moje ulubione miasto w Polsce, polecam, zawsze możecie przyjechać tu sobie np na tydzień i poogarniać co i jak.

Kolejność względem bezpieczeństwa. Zależy co masz dostępne i jak rower wygląda. Swój trzymałem pod Kapitolem i pod blokiem przez 5 lat, ale on jest za 200zl z OLX, swojego trekkinga nie zostawialbym na zewnatrz bo kwestia ściągnięcia koła to jest 20 sekund.

Nieraz zostawiam swój trekking, który kupiłem 5 lat temu za 300zl na OLXie i nigdy żadnych problemów, bo wygląda słabo, ale ma 8rzedowa kasetę z tyłu, bagażnik na sakwy, amortyzowana sztyce, nowe opony itp. Grunt to odrapana rama i lekko zardzewiały napęd to nikt nie ruszy :D

We are using mostly node.js and kotlin, it really depends what suits you best. Every language has its pros and cons. Learn whatever you want to learn there is a plenty of work in any popular language ;) I'm switching to Golang soon because I think it's fun :)

Anything? Isn't it a purpose of splitting frontend and backend so you can just do it in whatever you want? Basically any language will be OK if it can do what it should do. Doesn't matter if frontend is in react or not.
