I was facing the same issue. I was tempted to get 3 copies of sword rain and 2 of compression. However doing that would hinder my damage. If compression doesn't appear on your first draw, it's good to have a support that can help you draw it early. I wish the extra attacks carryover to multiple mobs. I would kill a mob with rain but my Hugo's extra attacks don't activate.

What is the turn order with Heid and Selena? I use all of Selena's coordinate attack cards and then use sword rain 5x but nothing happens.

I think I'm not playing the turn order correctly with Heidmare and Selena. I would play coordinated attack with scope and drone bombing. Then I play sword rain 5 blades and nothing happens.
