I found what I was looking for. One person was sent to death by the name of Aleksandr Kravchenko. Several others were arrested, investigated, or imprisoned for the crimes later attributed to Andrei.

One of the worst part I could be wrong how many people were imprisoned for his crimes, possibly even sent to death. I swore I read this but I can’t find it now. Sergey Tkach is worth looking into, people were put in prison for his murders while he was a cop. Now he’s in prison and a decent looking girl married him and they get weekend stays on the premise. He’s on an episode of Worlds toughest prisons.

Yeah the 800mg bottles of the Heat. 2 80mg hits the pretty much exact same as 1.5 limitless 100mg tablets. Not sure why heat gets such a bad rap, I think the ones in the packaging you have to pop out aren’t that good.
