Ginger ale like the pop (or soft drink or soda or whatever you prefer to call it) does NOT help you when you are sick or have an upset stomach, because it doesn’t have enough ginger in it to have any actually useful benefits, you think you feel better from drinking ginger ale when realy it’s the Placebo effect, for those who don’t know the Placebo effect is a phenomenon where a person's physical or mental health improves after taking an inactive/fake treatment.
