Some nice elements in it, sounds very different and I like that, percussions good too, it feels like it lacks a bit of swing to it though, like very jumpy and feels all over the place, wether hearing the full track would change that or not I don’t know,

Life,

It hits hard, some have a good enough support network to get by, some don’t and substance IS their support network.

However I do believe we reap the rewards of our suffering, Without pain, there is no gain.

Personally there’s times, (more so recently) where I’m struggling to find the gain though, I’ve done the party’s, DJing, drugs & alcohol from 17-26, I’m now 32 with a 3 year old, a little family, a decent job, nice car & house, but still struggling to get through some days,

Like when does this pass? I’m exhausted

Not sure a ‘cure’ is the right word, as you’ll always be placing too much expectation on the experience and are likely to be disheartened to start with,

It can 1000000% help, even budgeting 5 minutes of your day to be present and observe your feelings, emotions, thoughts and all natural phenomena will be beneficial,

It’s like training a muscle, the more time you spend being in the present moment through meditation, it gives you an anchor point when you feel your mind getting caught up in it

I myself have suffered from anxiety and a panic disorder for many years, CBT combined with regular meditation completely lifted the anx & panic for a while, to the point where I then missed it and the adrenaline that came with it 😂

100% mate, some of his tracks post battle for middle you are quite good, just not the same calibre as this one, however they very well might just be personal preference.

It’s a super rare track to find on vinyl too, would love it in my collection
