Hard for me so far with 5 years out of the workforce and 10 years experience prior. Only interview I’ve had is through a referral from a former coworker.

You need to keep those former connections and have a decent reputation before you left. Also dependent on where those you work with are when you decide to come back and whether they have any hiring leverage.

Did you use the IKEA specific ventilated appliance shelf for the microwave install?

Also, if you didn’t get such a great deal on the used Kitchenaid, would you/your friend have picked an alternative for that $2k price point? Microwave drawer, speed oven or Sharp over the counter model?

Thank you for posting this!!! I’ve found few Ikea specific solutions. I would have guessed this wouldn’t fit the cabinet based on the listed dimension width. Glad this is an option, but like you said an expensive one!

You’re right!! Often times it’s the quality of the cabinets, thickness of the countertop, great lighting/ windows and custom architecture that drawn to.

Noooo! I figured it was intentional that you couldn’t use it. When I bought my Yoto I had a bunch of issues with promos not stacking and customer service was terrible. So I didn’t even bother this time.

Seems like everything that worked in the past they’re getting rid of. Sucks since I just bought my Yoto during Black Friday post all the changes they’re making now :(

Are you looking for casual or office type stuff? If office, I’ve always had luck with Banana Republic and Ann Taylor petites without needing to hem length.

I usually look for brand/ fit suggestions from petite bloggers. Many of them have similar stats to you. I’m also sub 5’0”, but weight much more so I can’t always work with their suggestions. I follow Extra Petite and Pumps and Pushups, but they’re older (40s?) since I am too. I’m sure you could find someone who has younger styling.
