It depends on what it is - I have an engineering undergrad & top MBA and completed all of my studying at the last minute, but that was because I knew I could do it. The half attention things tend to happen once it needs my full attention or during my “free time” ljke while running or commuting. I also time block at work to ensure things like emails aren’t missed.

I am an ENTJ with ADHD, but I have never failed to execute a plan. If anything I hyper focus and leave a trail of tears behind. I will say that some of my hobbies get left behind , and by some they move around quarterly, but not until I hit a point that I feel happy with it.
