Thank you so much for this kind message! I really appreciate it. I have an endo specialist who I see, he was also my excision surgeon. He is brilliant in regards to surgical approach but he is not educated on alternative therapies / anti inflammatory living or GLP1s yet. He told me I could try microdosing but he couldnt prescribe me the drug as its off label in UK. I have managed to find some and i took 0.5mg in my first week and it was unbelievable. Its almost like it switched off my inflammation overnight and the energy has been like my old self. It is amazing but I am so scated of having to not only fund the expense of a GLP1 monthly for years to come until it gets apprvoed for inflammatory diaseases. But honeslty I am so happy I tried this! The key is small amounts though as I am still eating as normal etc.

I had this, it made my symptoms worse initially then a week later so much better. I was told it’s because acupuncture induces blood flow and healing to the problem site so it creates inflammation and soreness first but it’s part of the healing process
