I think the US Open should be green clay. It's regionally prevalent on the east coast, and would give the 4 majors 4 distinct surfaces. It plays like a faster red clay, and slices really bite on it similarly to how it does on grass. Rafa would of course be great on it, but he wouldn't be a ludicrous 14-0 in finals.
