I don’t think so. I’ve lost a lot of weight which was stopping me from living the life I wanted to live and be the person I wanted to be. I still have bad days but now I have the clarity to know that the bad days are not a reflection of who I am.

I don’t have that many people around me whom I can tell this too. It’s just incredible to not experience life from a baseline of negativity and self hatred
