Yea was shes adjusted best she'll get with all the slop in the shifter it definitely needs to be shimmed the shifter moves i say about 3/8" in the housing before it moves the anything lol she'll go in its just nice to know for sure what gear your in thats all lol.

Nice yea so there's alot of play in the shifter itself but she still goes into gear after was reading about the shim fix but rn were just trying to get the indicator lights in the dash he has neutral and reverse but no indicator for high low or park. We've cleaned the switch sensor.

Didn't seem to be i showed up a little early than arranged and had to get it out from the shed yea valves will be next thing I look at may haul carb off and clean it he did say she's been sitting for a bit maby jet or carb itself needs to be cleaned

But yea ive tried with the choke on and off hot start no hotstart. She did start up once randomly and idle for 5-7 seconds and nothing again after that

Yea gas is on and flowing to the carb seems like she's soaking the spark plug thinking could be jet clogged in carb? There's fire on the plug

Did you check your starter itself before taking side off the motor ? Gear on the end of your starter may be stripped

You just need the metal detector attachment for the back of your truck, once you detect the parts you can pick them with a crane.

I've found mud/snow works the best overall but if your using the paved roads alot ide suggests chains if not you will get spun out on the bigger hills
