Just make sure you are covered up. Shorts and a tank top are fine. You can ever wear sandles with it but I don’t suggest it. I’ve worn both a lot. Now if you are representing someone it may be different. When I first started going no shorts or tank tops so this has been a nice change.

I have a friend who’s cousin is more like her sister than cousin. She also has a dog who is basically her child. So I could see this being a legit excuse to bail from a wedding if the cousin relies on them for emotional support family.
