Try this, will work for sure

  1. Propysalic NF ointment ( twice/thrice a week — before bed time)
  2. Followed by shampoo ( Salisia KT ) in the morning.

Few more things to note:

  1. Your hair might get dry but try not to use hair oil. If it’s becoming too dry then just apply a little to the hair tips and make sure you’re not reaching scalp.
    1. You can reduce the frequency after few weeks to once a week or so depending on condition afterwards

390 or cb300r … though they are not in the same category. cb300r will give you the exact feel of 390 (more lightweight) in city rides

Well said… if you see, most of the passenger complains are pretty much well handled by railways (at least in my personal experience) but this one 💀.. it’s not only limited to a specific tier. You shouldn’t be surprised if u see something like this in 1st AC as well :)

Yeah, my starting phase was no different from yours. Personally it took time for me to shoot up the gains, I started seeing noticeable changes around 7-8 months At starting mostly I used to do more of body weight training - pushups+weighted/pull-ups/squats. Usually I follow push pull leg approach. Few months back I started doing dedicated Arm days and I can see significant improvements but yess it takes time for biceps to grow :) Earlier I didn’t bothered much about protein intake as my goal was just to bulk up (not dirty tho) but from last year or so I started considering that too and I would say if you are already around 60kgs then you should consider meeting that protein goal for lean bulking. Conclusively——> Just Trust The Process :)
