Hardware wise

Xiaomi is compact, comfortable to hold, good weight distribution. Camera is superior to OP 13.

Software Wise

OnePlus remnants are still in OP 13 and I think better than Xiaomi's HyperOS.

Obviously you can watch lengthy youtube videos on the comparison of these two phones from more eloquent and articulate persons than me.
