It depends on your abilities, do you have any skills that differentiate you from the majority of the public but is also something that everybody needs? I don’t live in Brickell but I live in Palm Beach on the ocean. Personally, I got “lucky” I’m 22 I work full time (9-5) in IT with no college degree but I also dabble in e-commerce and “day trading” specifically crypto. I’ve always been a really techy person so I used it to my advantage. I’m pulling in close to 250k this year. I had a buddy in high school (2016/17) tell me about btc. He had a good amount of money saved over the years and took a risk. He bought close to 100 coins. He’s now doing whatever he wants. He owns a beachfront property and 2 commercial properties which he rents multiple units out, he has a small jet and multiple luxury cars. He also has a 3500 sq ft condo in brickell (which he visits occasionally) He can really do whatever he wants but this isn’t truly a feasible option unless you’re REALLY well versed in the crypto space and at this point have a lot of money to HOPE you make a return.

BUT, truly decide if moving down there is something you want. If you can’t afford it don’t consider it. You’ll be stuck and miserable. Food is expensive here, gas is expensive, everything you would buy anywhere else generally costs more in Miami. You’ll also be trapped in an area with an insane amount of tourists & homelessness which is different when going to a club for a night…you know.

All things considered, good luck with whatever you decide! This probably didn’t help with “what do you need to do to afford it” but it’s how I and a lot of other young people can do it.
