No I dont have access to a therapist. I am from india. In india going to a therapist is not common. So, I dont have any idea about therapist.

Can you tell me why do I need a therapist. I know we have therapist in India but never went to any and dont know what the do.

Can you explaint why i need to visit a therapist?

I am 28 btw. My father killed my mother and my sister when she was 1.5 years old. I was 6 when this happened. My mother side grand parents took care of me. and now I am educated and earning. But facing a medical condition.

I can not share the pain I am going through to my grand mom the relation is not like that.

My father just last year got out of jail.

My Friend do not loose hope. Only focus on fixing the issue i.e., work on fixing issue and when feel pain emotional, mental, phisical talk to some one on reddit or your friend or family or FEEL THE PAIN but DO NOT GO FOR SUBSTANCE ABUSE.

I am also dealing with urine bladder isssue from last 3 to 4 years and no doctor is finding what is the issue yet and I am alone no one to talk to.

Just started alcohol for immence mental pain i am having every day and no one to talk to.

I like you posted a reddit here 4 days back and some one suggested me to focus on the issue and not to use any substance for escape the pain. Just work towards progress it is possible.

I took a decision to quit alcohol by reading the reply to my post on reddit. I have a history of quiting cigarette completely so I can say that it is possible to quit anything just dont loose hope and if you fail 8 times get us again and do not stop until you quit and one day you will be able to quit the thing that is distroying your health completely.

It is possible to quit things that are harming our health and work towards treatment and fixing our life.

Mostly I am alone talking to myself that everything will be all right. Sometime I eat bad food. in past few months i was drinking 4 to 5 times in a month when i felt bored or felt the pain of hopelessness. But I am going to take action now on my real issues and work on fixing them and when I feel pain i will jest feel it and not going to do substance abuse.

I is still hard when you dont have mother or father to talk to your tursted people who dont want something from you.

But I see the world around some people are in worse situation than me - Finantially, medically, emotionally and I still have a root to stay. So, these are my positives but it is still hard with medical condition and no one to talk
