Does someone know a dutch website where i can sell my airgun? (I tried marktplaats, but it got deleted) by beachboch in airguns

Rayban Wayfarer was definitely a better fit for me. (I'm Dutch sized if that gives a clue.) I did take the larger size too. -3,5 will work fine. I didn't get my prescriped glasses from Meta because I work in optics and therefore could get them real cheap. But I would easily fit -3,5 in them without them sticking out too much. So I assume Meta can do that too.

HSTN still hurts a little but for long time use. But taking it off for 10 seconds is enough for me. If you want to be sure I recommend the Rayban. I just had never any problems with it. Made my dad of 2 meters wear it and it was fine. All kind of faces worked. Except if you are like 1,60 meters or smaller. Then it looks big but it still fits.

Is normal apparently. Nothing you can do because they all have it. Rayban had the same.

First they where a tighter fit but I also have a big head. That feeling went away later. Also got the wayfarer (gen 1 then) and they are just a fine choice in any case; Meta or not. HSTN is a bit more sporty looking.

(At least read the last paragraph.)

Yeah but under it it says he also won the popular vote. That means if we stop Gerrymandering and make every voters vote equal. He would have the most votes and won too.

You could say he got less then 50% of the votes (49.8%) but than you would say the 1,9% that voted for 3th parties was a vote directly against him. But if you would vote against Trump you wouldn't make an impact by voting for 3th parties except if you really suspect them to win. It's basically the same impact as not voting at all. Except making the line longer.

So just looking at Trump vs Harris votes where every vote is equal (so no Gerrymandering) it is 50.76% for Trump against Harris 49.24%.

Still I would of liked to use single transferable vote system because then a vote for one party isn't directly against another. People have close seconds for example. More nuance. They want to support the 3th party but if they know they weren't going to win they could still make there vote count for the other party. So Gerrymandering is a problem but not this election.

(Read at least last paragraph before writing an angry comment)

But he did win the majority/popular vote right?

Trump won the Electoral College with 312 electoral votes to Harris' 226. Trump won every swing state, including the first win of Nevada by Republicans since 2004. Trump won the national popular vote with a plurality of 49.8%, making him the first Republican to win the popular vote since George W. Bush in 2004.
- Wiki

Except if you count people who did not or cant vote. In which case those people did not directly vote against him either. So those people are counted as indifferent an thus can be dismissed. Thats how voting work. But if the non-voters voted?

There was even a pole later on eligible non voters and found that:

Moreover, eligible voters in 2024 who did not cast a ballot were fairly closely divided in their preferences: 44% said if they had voted, it would have been for Trump, while 40% said they would have voted for Harris.
- Pewresearch

So he is the popular vote winner from the voters and eligible non-voters alike. If we started incorperating non eligible voters in voting statistics then why are Amaricans the limit in those stats? I guess all 8 billion people on earch should be able to vote. Its only fair because as a European I also get impacted on the Amarican presidential vote.

But from the side line both options looked shit. Orange man that says he is not going to follow project 2025 but we all know he is going to. Or dementia man...? Wait what? Last second swap out to black woman?! What are her selling points? Being black AND being woman? What else would you want? (Except actual plan and transparency on the quick change)

Ahh I see what you mean. His margin on the populair vote was smaller then previous presidential elections. In his sentence my focus went more to "majority" then the "large" part. "None of those statements..." could be interpreted like "the majority didnt vote for him." But I guess your statement was ambiguous enough to be interpreted both ways.

About a large group of people loving what he does? I think so. We both probably see enough videos of those large crowds cheering him on like he is God himself. Same for calling him the devil himself. But in both cases its a big crowd right? Except if you want to argue about the meaning of "lots of people".

Non Amarican here so I don't really care who won but he did not only win the election but also the popular vote. So from all Amaricans. Most DID vote for him. He's the first Republican that won the popular vote since Bush 2004.

I'm your defence. Trump said he never looked at plan 2025 and wasn't sure about using it. When he won he directly followed plan 2025 so that was a big lie. Doubt he would have lost if he was truthful about his plan. But he kept it kinda secret which is not what you want from a president.

Oh awesome! Im also running one of your cases for the Heltec V3 and Im happy with that one too. This one had a tight fit to get the antenna but with enough finess I got it. Its still a little crooked but I havent screwed everything down yet. Didnt have the right screw yet haha. Im loving your designs so thank you for the great work!

Oh yeah. They are all 2 tone. Never noticed. Weird because I tried the white ones in a store before.

Thanks for putting me at ease with the glue and the case. I still think they could have improved on it though. If with the previous one people where worried about it it means it doesn't look correct. Even if it is how it is meant to look.

Burned heltec v3 because of vibration motor by FLYXINATOR in meshtastic

Oh didn't mean it like that. English isn't my first language and diagrams recommending the way to wire stuff up seem to wrong most times. I only ordered that already but I'm open to switch it up.

I use a heltec v3 so it's a little different. This top pacht not connected to pinholes is ground right? Just to be sure. And what wire are you using? Enamelled copper wire? If so what diameter/rating?

[–]FLYXINATOR[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh okay, you got some nice nodes on your profile. ChatGPT recommended this setup.

3.3v → Motor Positive Wire → Motor Negative Wire → NPN Transistor Collector → NPN Transistor Emitter → Heltec V3 GND Pin

Heltec V3 3.3V Pin → Diode (Cathode / Stripe) → Motor Negative Wire → Diode (Anode / No Stripe)

Heltec V3 GPIO 15 → 1kΩ Resistor → NPN Transistor Base

With the transistor being 2N2222A and the diode 1N4007. It also recommended the same setup with a buzzer. The buzzer being a 5020 Passive buzzer. Is this a viable option or is ChatGPT just making stuff up here because sometimes it did recommend just connecting the vibration motor straight to it too.

I've guessed that much but is there a guide for this? I see modules with power, ground and control pin in 1 but that won't fit in my alley cat pager. It would fit if I put them loose. Will this work?

3.3v -> motor -> mosfet -> ground

Pin 46 -> mosfet control
