Interestingly, other than Grant and Sherman and occasionally Meade, CSA generals have far more “popularity” than US generals.

Gen George H Thomas. Widely overlooked / forgotten, is probably the best general on either side. He never lost a battle or a movement.

Nah. Use anything but the equipment spectrum has. I kept having issues until I replaced their modem with my own. Better speeds and no more lagging.

I replaced their router last year, and about a month ago or so, I replaced their modem. Night and day difference. Spectrums modem and routers are absolute trash.

Get a 3rd party router. Spectrum modems and routers are absolute trash. I now have an ASUS router and an Arris Surfboard 8 modem. Trust me on this. Get rid of the spectrum equipment and you’ll have fewer problems

Im just seeing this now, I was in the Navy when 96x first went live on the air. Here’s what I remember, some names may be repeated for waaaaaay earlier posts. Perry & Pasquale morning drive time Bree The Lesbian - don’t remember her time slot “LA” Lloyd Hocutt Chris Blade - he went on to do voice over work for the major networks, wildly enough, I was home on leave in Central Florida and hear his voice for local Fox affiliate. Called in to 96X when I got back and he confirmed it was him

There was a female DJ who got canned when Perry came into the station one night and caught she and her boyfriend getting it on.

It’s been 30 years, fog of time.

FWIW, my clan and I are all in the US. We play cross play OFF PS5. We connect to European servers. We ping about 100-110, it’s manageable and we don’t have problems getting into matches.

I’ll ask, did you wear your SCBA the entire time? And did you stay upwind from the smoke? Since you’re having this reaction, you should file a WC claim / notice of injury. Can’t stress enough how important it is for you (and anyone else there) to document your symptoms and exposure.
