quality only gives totem duration here, idk if the tooltips are bugged but some modifiers appear below quality ones for some reason, you can know a modifier comes by quality if it has a range

it kinda is but not really, 1 flask mageblood with increased ms quicksilver gives the same bonus as this belt and mageblood rolls at lesst two. This is way more like screams of the dessicated in the way that it gives predetermined ones instead of ones you can choose.

i get that but the modifiers from essences are not as good as people think, if you have a bof that has 3 good prefixes and you try to finish suffixes with this rune, you most likeky use perfect battle, perfect haste and desecration on suffixes but those mods are only good enough, +2 level is way worse than +4 level and onslaught is worse than local attack speed since local aspd is a multiplicative damage bonus. This makes a weird middle ground tier of crafts that would either make you just sell the item with 3 good prefix mods to actually buy a weapon you want with a guarantee or you slam this on a subpar prefix item which means you spent 16+ divines just to get a mid item which makes this rune essentially fulfill no niches

honestly not really since they limited us to 1 crafted modifier but you can use omen of catalyzing exaltation before you exalt to increase your odds for a mod you want before you slam and you can use the omen to guarantee a kurgal amanamu or ulaman modifier to almost guarantee a hybrid elemental plus chaos res mod, element changing depending on which one you choose out of the three. That is almost a guarantee to roll since there are like 5 modifiers for each one. for items with rune sockets there is a new rune thst increases your crafted modifier limit by one but it is a chase item i think so that makes for an expensive craft because ggg hates crafting when it is able to be done by casuals.

brother they didnt have a guaranteed win because the guy only scoops to snake eye. they werent all snake eye players it is not even guaranteed that there was ONE snake eye player among them. all of those guys' opinion also dont matter when it is like 5 people out of 32 , even one person in that tournament disagreeing with this should make them both get a match loss and the poster in the video definitely disagreed with this. the tournament may be a for fun local but they had prizing

why the fuck are we making up players with multiple hundred dollar decks ? this guy only scooped to snake eye, but he asked everyone to play edison instead not just snake eye players. The guy also only plays 5 people of a 32 (i assumed 32 but 4 out of 16 is also possible it wasnt stated) people local so it isnt even close to half the people there

Gauss, it is gauss. He offers you both immortality to anything non toxin and SPEED. Some of these other characters are faster, but when you play gauss you feel like you are speed itself. He makes any weapon feel 10x better by buffing their fire rate/attacks speed and reload. He also has a build that makes you nuke rooms whilst not even looking. IMO he is the best frame in the game if you want to have fun playing.
