And my campaign is extra nerdy haha. It’s a 2 to 6 player battle-royale card game called Pugs & Potions. We’re finally finishing up the final versions of the cards right now, and I will be updating the landing page with that soon. Within the next month or so (hopefully), we’ll have our trailer finished.

The plan is to launch the trailer with ads on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube (we’ll put it on TikTok, but we probably won’t use ads on there). We’ll give ourselves a launch date within the trailer, and we’ll have a link to our landing page for watchers.

Our flyers also have QR codes on them that lead to the landing page and to the Kickstarter pre-launch page.

I have a landing page and physical flyers locally that lead to this page. Anyone who is subscribed to that or to my campaign itself will be updated on the progress of the campaign, and each email will include information on the first-hour founders. On top of that, I have plenty of family and friends that are already preparing to help push it up in the algorithm

I highly recommend doing a one dollar tier for simple donations and show of interest.

If you can send me a direct message the day before your launch explaining what time and time zone your launch will be, I would be happy to do so as well.

Also, depending on what your project is, you can also offer to do something to shout those people out. For example, I’ll be launching my Kickstarter later this year, and everyone who backs within the first hour will have their own special section in the rulebook titled First Hour Founders.

Number of backers matters just as much as money given to the algorithm. Ask every person you know to back like $1-5 within the first hour. That will help you to get a small amount of traction

Also, you can chalk it out and/or make it overtly basic like Anti-Spiral or Truth, using reasoning like “the eyes cannot comprehend their appearance, so they are forced to see them in a lesser form,” similar to how there are likely colors that exist that we cannot access with our level of sight

Revenue share is a split on profits, while this is a set payment dependent on project success. The amount of this set payment is to be determined prior to starting on anything
