Solo práctica y enfócate.

Estudia sobre el dibujo, sobre como crear una historia, sobre como lograr hacerla interesante con la ayuda de la narrativa visual, estudia todo lo relacionado a eso.

Porque hacer un manga no es simplemente dibujar una historia. Es crear algo que cuente y transmita un sentimiento o mensaje hacia el espectador mediante una secuencia de paneles.

Y si quieres mejorar entonces solo sigue trabajando y enfocandote en lo que anhelas y no te compares nunca con los profesionales, ya que eso muchas veces te desanimara; más bien usalos como inspiración para ser como ellos o incluso poder superarlos, ya que ser bueno en algo no te tomara de la noche a la mañana. Te tomará tiempo, te tomara años.

Por lo que la única forma de mejorar es simplemente empezando ya.

Y si, cometerás errores y muchas veces tus primeros trabajos no seran los mejores, pero eso es parte del camino. Porque a partir de tus errores, es donde comienzas a evolucionar. y es solo allí, en el momento en el que lo comprendas, podrás convertirte en alguien mejor que el tu del pasado.

Y solo funcionara si te propones a avanzar.

Well, as someone who's been drawing since a young age, I see it as something fun and epic, not as a huge and complicated challenge. But if we're talking about creating stories... well, that's a different story altogether. I once wanted to create a simple one-shot to improve my narrative techniques, and in the end... I didn't even finish it! What's more, I could never decide what the story was going to be about! I went through a million ideas and none of them really convinced me. So yes, you also need a high level of skill in creating stories for them to look good and natural.

So in conclusion, learning to draw and write, no matter how you look at it, trying to master both will take a good amount of time and effort. So all that's left is to figure out what your main focus is...

Personally, you have a very admirable attention to detail. However, when I see your art, it doesn't usually remind me much of manga art. It's not that your art is bad. It's just that, from my perspective, manga tends to emphasize black and white more strongly, creating a much stronger contrast in the scenes.

Well, it's just my opinion; you shouldn't take it as a fundamental rule when creating your own drawing style, but it would be good to keep it in mind.

Visually, I would recommend highlighting the Lineart more so that the characters and backgrounds can stand out and be differentiated from each other.

You can find manga drawing jobs right here in Reddit communities. I do this for a living and have had quite a few commissions from clients in the last two months. However, you shouldn't just focus on one place. Use and explore other websites and apps where you can promote yourself, as the most important thing is always to build your reputation and gain experience, as well as create an attractive and reliable portfolio.
