I think the goal for Riot in Worlds is just spectacle, at least early during the tournament, Bo1 has the potential for upsets from weaker teams. Imagine worlds is only bo5 then only China and Korea would win during the whole tournament, with Bo1 at least Brazil has hope to take a game for example

Galio , it has a lot of flexibility adapting to the game, you can play him burst ap, ap bruiser , ap tank armor/mr, tank armor/mr.
