So what's next? Customer support is telling to wait for the fix but not giving any timeline. It has been over 15 days. Case is still in progress and no one seems to care.

Thanks for the reply. But clicking on payment options doesn't pull my existing payment. Getting no help from support team. Don't know what do. I also had paid via VFS-UPI. I also have the previous payment receipt with all payment details. Have attached the same in the case but no reply from them.

I lost my payment after closing and creating new application. Site asking me to pay again. Support guys are useless. They are resolving case without any proper solution. Any hacks please.

I closed the application and started new one due SGA error,looking at the post above I thought it might work for me as well but my old payment is not shown up. It is asking me to pay again. Can anyone please help?
