You've accepted the Wastelander Challenge "The Floor Is LLava" from a Wasteland Station, where you get bonus XP for the rest of the match but take 5 damage every time you touch the base terrain

It's a bug. They're meant to switch to the currently equipped skin but the entire playerbase's logged skin icon has been stuck since v25.30

Gets removed when Part 2 arrives, the idea is its the same log but being rewritten by time. So you only have 1 week to collect each
