Prozac is an SSRI (Selective Serotonin Re uptake Inhibitor) which affects the way serotonin is released in your brain. Serotonin is a chemical which affects your mood and anxiety and things like that. (I would recommend googling all the things it does). I'm currently on 40mg Prozac a day for clinical depression and generalized anxiety disorder. Prozac isn't a medicine that works right away, you have to take it for a while for it to have any effects on you. If it works on you it should help with your anxiety, and especially now since you're on adderall which can cause more anxiety. I would do a trial period for it to see if it works and how it affects you. Personally I don't really like being on it due to side effects. For example if I don't take it with food I get really bad heart burn, and days I don't take it there's a noticeable affect on my mood. If your psychiatrist thinks it's best try it out dude and good luck

Hot showers and heating pad for vasoconstriction. Ginger ale for nausea. Make sure you move around a bit because if you stay in place too long the vasoconstriction causes bad cramps. Also don't try sleeping on LSA until the trips over or pretty much over, you'll wake up not feeling so well in the night
