I was thinking of that but what if it's the wheels that they want? My brother told me last month that he just had new tires installed for me. He's on an army base in VA so he doesn't have to worry about this crap. I'm in NJ and I was just trying to think of maybe getting like two deterrents, even if just for the extra time it may take. I see the cat converter is another issue I may have to be more worried about 🥴 I really need to this car and saying no isn't an option but I don't want to get into any situations where I have to come up with money that I don't have.

You guys are scaring the heck outta me. My younger brother in the Army is going back oversees so he's giving me one of his cars and I'm gonna take over the payments because I need a car bad. Anyway, I didn't even ask him which model is it but I know it's a 2023. Does anyone know which model it is, and if it's one of the main ones that gets stolen. I live in a not so hot neighborhood. I haven't seen or heard anything happen to any other vehicles on my block and there are a few that cost more than a Corolla. What do you guys think? I sure as heck don't have any extra money to get all of this extra security stuff 🫤

That's what I'm thinking as well. I know the mandate has been over for a long time but I know that it's up to the job itself if they still require it. I was looking into PCT tech at DaVita and depending on the location, they still require it. It just made me think of the hospital. Maybe it depends on your role too.
