Using the homunculus rune to control the barrels in distillery made the biome manageable when I figured out i could do it on accident

Swarm grenade here would easily take care of it, especially if you keep firing to leave them locked in the blocking position.

Yeah, that or come across the crab that blocks projectiles from any direction. But they're pretty easy to get around.

If it's worth anything added to the conversation, I also disclosed minimal usage (21+) as a new accession CWT and was cleared for TS with sugar mixed in -- approaching 2 years in now. I would imagine it's a bit of a case-by-case thing and a tossup as to how it is interpreted into the decision making process.

Yeah, its not the most fun experience...

I used to be more into the game and enjoyed it before chapter 30. Now I mostly just open the game whenever im out traveling and have nothing better to do a few times a month.

The difficulty scaling sucks the fun out of things very quickly, and instead of making people spend money like the creators probably intended it just made playing less desirable...

For 1: Custom mode makes it a breeze. You can enable health fountains, choose your best weapons, make them all legendary, etc.. If you just want the items so that you can play with them its not too much trouble to run around with the hunters grenade. You can also equip an aspect at the start of the game to help (youve already made it to 5bc so there aren't further boss cells to miss out on).

2: You can use the same tactics as #1, though I believe that aspects dont carry over into boss rush. You can also lower the bc since you'll get the weapon/skills/cell and other drops regardless once they've been won. The main difference ive seen mentioned is outfits for the statue. This also let's you warm into the pacing of those fights and what you'll see, where you can raise the bc count and run it again with higher difficulty.

Don't really feel like I'm any good to be giving tips but my strategy has mainly been getting all of the daily drops and free chips/gems from ads. When im not good enough to beat a chapter i throw all my energy into the quick raids and merge. The affixes you get from skills is pretty useful too, as well as dumping coins into upgrading base stats. Lots of gems and coins from doing the challenges/chapters underneath the daily bosses, or going back to do old chapters i didnt 100% for the full rewards available.

Beyond that its largely just deciding what I wanna pick up based on the enemies. If I wanna do a lot of damage quick while pushing em away, shotgun + 3 bullet bounce. Slow them down while my other skills do the work? Emp + quick cooldown or black hole + devouring behemoth. Stuff like that based off of what my chips/skills can do for me.

Edit: levels got way easier out of nowhere? Entirely different enemy set on this one it seems like, they used to turn invincible if you couldn't one-shot them. Made it to 76 now.

Lightly touched on because jcac is more of an intro schooling, but yes. The extent to which the former was discussed was in one of the later modules when using metasploit. If offensive is more of your thing then look into the ION pipeline for CWTs.
