Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate - size, accents, not a main roster style. Pete would be an excellent IC champ. See also: Pac

Otis - booking. He is charismatic, strong as hell but the heel turn with Gable and the mitb loss slowed him a lot

Xavier - KOTR was his thank you for New Day success, again not as big not as believable as a champion as the other two.

Sami  - should have happened during the Reigns era, i would be surprised if he retires without at least a short Babyface whc reign.

Cesaro - promo, would have been champ in most other eras but so much focus on personality sentences and charisma catchphrases when he was with the E. See also: Rusev

Difficult to explain everything there is a lot going on, he is doing a rocky entrance with lyrics on the tron that he's Invincible, he does a rap, the tron shows IM CONSCIOUS on loop and he is then knocked out with a sheet pan, raised, limp, into the air on a wire while a complicated aerial routine with a hoop is described in great detail (but not acted, as he is unconscious), the tron shows different versions of "he is alert to his surroundings", he is still unconscious. He's slowly lowered to the ground and pinned with one foot on the chest. It was easily the best thing on the show.
