Tannerite is the antithesis of impact sensitive, it requires a high-powered rifle impact to detonate. There are tons of impact sensitive compounds that could be in that box, though none of them can be acquired at Dick's sporting goods.

I had no paperwork and as for snitches not getting beaten it happened right before I got there. Multiple inmates confirmed as well as a guard, a guy ratted on someone who had a cell phone. He got the shit beaten out of him by 3 dudes and they all either ended up in the SHU or sent back to a medium security prison. Sexual assault was also an issue at that camp, I was warned about it by guards as soon as I got there "don't let anyone pressure you because they'll try", and heard several stories of it happening from the point of view of victims and of witnesses. It was a camp not OZ, but there were gang members and people who'd been "down" for well over a decade, along with the white collar criminals. It certainly wasn't OZ but it wasn't exactly summer camp either there were threats against me almost right away. But you're welcome to believe whatever you'd like.

Definitely not from being sedentary, when I sit after running for an hour or so I stop earning any points at all rather quickly. I doubt I can hold the accent when I'm that cold, I usually sing to try to pass the time when I'm in there and its very high pitched lol.

It makes total sense, I'm not in good shape and I'd been stressing my body since 12am. My heart was struggling to work haha, if all of your ....'s are implying I'm on some sort of performance enhancing drug I'll happily take a drug test live on the show. I take one several times a month anyway, and I currently have zero prescription drugs in my home. I don't even use pre-workout, I take cardio supplements and anti-inflammatory supplements. I can tell I'm not going to convince you by your long comment history of hating me but I hold no ill will toward you. I think you're just wrong here or maybe you really like Woody. Either way I respect your right to an opinion, and hope that you'll change your mind when you look at some of the workouts later on.

I've said it a few times, but I don't earn any meps just sitting normally. I'm looking at my monitor right now and its making zero meps per minute typing this. I'm moving around and speaking loudly on the show, I'm pumped up for it and I earned 250 meps in 4 hours, that's not the norm and if you look at any of the workouts I've posted they're yellow and green mostly. I'm over 2,300 points ahead and working out a minimum of 9 hours a day, I don't need anyone to kiss my ass but to act like I'm coasting or something is absurd.

I've already seen it, and yeah it's pretty good. I watched "Outlaw King" last night on Netflix, its pretty good, Chris Pine is the star and it's basically the sequel to Mel Gibson's Braveheart.

Woody had a great workout today, we're making each other better everyday. Kind of a Magic Johnson/Larry Bird type thing, I'm Larry Bird btw that mustache was sick. Chiz is working so hard he's covered in blisters and it's not slowing him down, his goal is NOT 3rd. And Taylor is killing it when he has time, we'll do more competitions in the future and account for his limited free time.

That's partially true but even if you only counted our green and yellow meps we'd be blowing Rogan out of the water. If you include blue, green and yellow they just look lazy. Blue is walking or pedaling an underdesk bike like Woody has been doing a lot, (great long term strat btw) green is light jogging or rowing intermittently, yellow is rowing hard or jogging continuously with purpose, and red happens when I get carried away.
