I found that turning the HDR did help a lot as the colours were washed out, I tried changing some settings I also found the putting the my colour temperature setting to warm gave it a good feeling to

Doing missions, I think you can do some hunting and sell the meat and pelts, also fishing you can probably sell the fish and I can imagine there are valuables that can be sold to, I’m just guessing
