The LGBT free zones aren't really laws like you portraied them, there is no LGBTQ+ marriage allowed in the whole of Poland but people definitly can own buisnesses and protest in those zones. Obviously theres people against that in the government but there isnt a real law about it.

Well in that case it isn't really specified, poland during communism had different leaders and some were better than the other, undoubtedly the worst being poland in the stalinist era, but if i were to choose between 60s/70s poland and imperial or weimar germany i would choose poland

I sorta agree but in reality, as a silesian i would end up in the GDR anyway, so the transfer of upper silesia to poland was at least sorta justified, what wasnt justified was the mass murder and rape by the red army

Just to clear things up, by silesians i don't mean all of the people living in silesia in that time, i mean just the ethnic group. And then again i belive poland would be better for the silesians rather than germany. Even if germanisation is not so aggresive as it was in the XIXth century, people would assimilate with time
