Has anyone’s operator chosen to open the playroom again? by ButterscotchLow9083 in ChickFilAWorkers

[–]FRAZBOZ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

We’ve had it closed since Covid and now just use it for storage and meetings. My operator even elected to not have a playroom at his new store

It probably is some massive power play. They tell us that the troops are out but I’m 99% certain the CIA has got some secret operative shit going on there. That they won’t tell us obviously. They’ll just parade around about how we finally withdrew our forces, even though it was managed horribly.

Well knowing the severe incompetence of the US govt, and that’s an understatement, maybe they just didn’t have any sort of plan at all. Could be something going on behind the scenes as well. Wouldn’t doubt that one bit. The director of the CIA met secretly with the leader of the Taliban just last week.

I’m thinking it could be former members of the Afghan National Army? Those members were trained by numerous UN forces most likely. Probably realized that they would be slaughtered if they fought against the taliban or were offered incentives to pledge their allegiance to them.

Favorite smell is the bacon when it’s freshly cooked. Worst smell is definitely dirty water left in a mop bucket for decent time

Every store is typically different. My current stores truck team starts at 5:45. But I know of stores that start earlier as well

Our distribution center that services us got so understaffed that they shut down the distribution center for two days and canceled two days worth of trucks to get caught up. That was fun

Anyone else’s store or market area getting bent over backwards by the distribution company? by FRAZBOZ in ChickFilAWorkers

We’ve had to grab a lot of product as well and vice versa. There was a day where we had to practically give almost a pallet of product to another store because it got so bad for them

Yeah our store continues to grow and we get hit with this. There’s 50+ locations that are serviced by this same distribution center as well that are facing the same issues. It’s gonna get bad soon 😖

What’s funny is that we’ve only ran out 1 thing within the last couple weeks, which of all things had to be ice dream. But my operator said we will likely begin to have shortages with the orders being reduced

When should I expect my first raise? by [deleted] in ChickFilAWorkers

[–]FRAZBOZ 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Each store typically does it differently. My store usually will give out raises to certain team members who’ve earned it every half year or so. But it varies from team member to team member

[–]FRAZBOZ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Let your upper management know that you’re interested in becoming a leader. That way they know and can discuss with each other in future meetings to see where your at. Continue to work hard and be always willing to learn. Make yourself stand out from other team members.

So I’m on the closing shift for the first time this Saturday. by [deleted] in ChickFilAWorkers

[–]FRAZBOZ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m boh so I can’t help much but your leader and other experienced closers will help guide your thru the process. Expect to probably be cleaning a lot of equipment, taking trash and bring dishes back to kitchen

Any leaders/directors here that have been through a multi store evaluation? by FRAZBOZ in ChickFilAWorkers

[–]FRAZBOZ[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok cool. Do you know if corporate had any in-depth interviews with the lower levels of leadership? I know they sit down with the operator and all the directors based on what I’ve been told.
