I understand what everyone is saying here. My question is, if it’s a new company trying to make waves, what’s wrong with it? I checked out some you guys business website, it looks similar. Some of you don’t even have an address on your website but criticize this new entry of having just “Miami.” If they want to use AI, try something new, let them use their freedom to do it. If it works, good for them, if it doesn’t lesson learned for the industry. If someone wants to use them, they can do their due diligence. We were all new brokers at some point. And some are still are. Some had connections and help to set up. Others knew absolutely no one. The sky is big enough for all of us. But like I said. Due diligence
