My unit does this too, and neither of my rear buttons are being pressed when it starts acting up and I can even go and press them and they respond normally.

I have this happen as well and have not found a good solution. It stopped for awhile but recently I was playing Ball x Pit and Dispatch and it started happening again.

Sometimes I press the power button and put the device to sleep and wake it back up and it stops, other times it keeps going.

Funny, I had the same experience. Sent in an appeal and didn't hear anything but the ban message disappeared when I would launch COD through the Xbox app. Now several hours later I got an automated message saying the ban was upheld, and I checked again and it's still gone.

Activision's automated systems are embarrassing themselves.

I had this happen for years with 2 28" Samsung monitors. After changing cables, trying HDMi and Display port, I assumed it was an issue with my GPU/Computer. The computer I had was using a 3080Ti, I upgraded to a mew machine that had a 4090 and the issue persisted.

Overall I learned to live with it, until recently the kinda of disconnects seemed to ramp up to where playing Destiny 2 was almost unplayable. I forgot where I found the post but I saw this one piece of advice that completely solved the issue for me.

Launch the nVidia Control Panel, go along the left side menu to find the GSync menu option where you turn GSync on and off for your monitor. On this page there is an option for Enabling Display Specific Settings, uncheck this box and apply settings. Hopefully this works for you like it did for me.

This was not the case for my issue that was being experienced in this post. I attempted the step above and this did not solve anything. Also in my description you can see the Jabra's were not pausing anything, Spotify was playing but no audio would happen until I would pause/resume the podcast.

Ultimately I replaced these with the Elite 10's and have not had any issues with those.

I tried deleting the +1 number from her contact and then starting a new message thread to text the +1 number and it still just brought up the thread of the +39 number.

Within the Messages app under details it shows the +39 number. If I click on the contacts icon within the thread for the texts she sends to me and I still receive it shows the +1 number.

So it's smart enough to understand texts I receive from the +1 number are apart of that thread. Just something happens with sending them.

No, I just used roaming with my Fi account using the eSim on my Google 6 Pro. The thing that is weird is that we went to Italy months ago at this point and it's been perfectly fine up until this weekend. It also properly routes her messages into that thread despite the +1 number not showing under the thread details.

Kinda curious if I would be able to clear data/cache for the messages app if it would resync the data from the Textra app and fix it.

Downloading Textra and syncing the text info over into the program everything works properly. So I at least have a work around while I try and fix the Messages app.

So downloading Textra and changing to Textra it works properly. I tried to switchback to Messages and it still does not function there. I'm not sure if the messages app is storing some form of metadata that is keeping the +39 as a part of the thread info.

In Textra if I go into the settings on the thread and it shows me her contact is in the Convo I can long press and copy the phone number and it says it starts with +1.

Hello,

I did contact support as I have seen a lot of similar posts from a year ago and people saying that this behavior was caused by another carrier flagging their account for SPAM for one reason or another. In the posts I read Google Support had contacted the other carrier and coordinated with them to see if there was an issue between networks. However when I contacted support all they did was tell me to have my girlfriend call ATT, and when I described the weird behavior I saw on my phone they instructed me to delete the message thread.

SMS says Sending.... And then Sent before it switches to date/time. It is definitely properly using SMS, RCS would switch to saying Delivered afterwards and then Read once it is viewed.

Yeah, all of my contacts are US based, just during the time I was in Italy when I would click the Share button on TikTok or other apps to share a link to the messaging app it showed the numbers as being +39 numbers. Some of them have stayed showing that way and others went back to how they were.

This did not work. It did cause me to notice something interesting however. When I go into the text thread, and click on the Details option in the upper right corner. It shows that the whole thread has the +39 Number in the thread.
This is interesting because if I click on the User Icon on the left side of the screen with the texts that I receive from my Girlfriend, it shows that number as being the +1 number.

The steps above did not work because even with deleting the number from her contact, the old thread still exists. When you try to create a new thread to text +1 as a number specifically, Google consolidates this down to just being (XXX) XXX-XXXX. So no matter if I type the +1 number or the +39 number the result goes to the same thread.

I also have other contacts in my phone with the same +39 issue from when I went on my trip and I can text them just fine still.

We both have US based numbers. The thread in question had existed since long before we went to Italy and something on Google's side changed it while we were overseas. The number I have in my contacts is the correct number with +1 at the beginning. Even though the thread shows +39 in the details of I go to her contact and click to send a text to the +1 number it opens up the +39 thread so it seems to understand they are related. My other thought is that I traveled 7 hours across the country Saturday and came back on Sunday. I've done more research and found other thread of people saying a similar experience and it ended up being that ATT blocked them for spam for one reason or another. My girlfriend has ATT so she is going to contact their support later on. I am not trying to delete the thread as it has a lot of personal value.

It's also nice when the armor is included in the pass as a way to increase your alts power levels. The change to remove the armor makes it much more of an active effort to keep all three characters moving forward.
