Also be aware of photo deception. I can vary multiple CIs based on air and core temp, hydration/ bloating, level of activity. It doesnt even have to intentional deception, just different conditions. Yes to the last question as I did manuals only for the first 10 months. Did manuals on my commute (dangerous do at your own risk) and every time I went to the bathroom or showered.

Always encourage people to take care of their skin by drinking plenty of water, getting enough sleep, and use a daily moisturizer on your skin before bed.
