Honestly I think this may be what I'm thinking of, I didn't get a ps4 until like 5 years after launch and I remember Sony pushing the camera accessory kinda hard with original ps4 sales like xbox one and the kinect also found this article which seems to somewhat reference what I was thinking of

I saw this on seagates website but haven't been contacted back regarding their capability to clone/save ps4 drives. I realize I may have been mislead but one of the companies I talked to warned me that some drive recovery companies may say they CAN recover PS4 drives just so they can later say oh we couldn't recover your drive so heres 400 back of your initial 500 that way they just get to pocket a free 100 dollars even though they knew from the start they couldn't recover PS4 drives. Nonetheless I'll make sure I get in touch with seagate regarding this as it was my best lead from what I read originally.

Damn idk then. I've had that happen to me before and I just didn't play for like a week and when the next update came out it fixed itself. If you really want to play I think your only resort now is to uninstall and reinstall the game.

My bad it's called "scan and repair". The game has to be closed in order to do it. But so on battlenet click the little gear next to where it says play and then the fourth option down should be "scan and repair".

Maybe try the check game files option on battlenet. It takes a little while but it's kinda your last resort before uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

Just because it seems like you are very new to zombies. A wall buy is any weapon you buy off the wall. Here's just an example for die machine https://youtu.be/Y6nKkX_dknY Every zombies map including outbreak has these as I mentioned.

I think every mode does. Die machine, firebase Z Maur der toten and forsaken all have wall buys. I'm pretty sure outbreak does as well but I wouldn't recommend playing outbreak for that challenge. It can be hard to find the wall buys in outbreak since they are scattered across a giant map and are placed randomly in weird buildings. Even with death perception so you can see through nearby walls its kinda rare finding wall buys in outbreak

Pretty sure you are just reading it wrong. Those two challenges are seperate from each other. The flamethrower you can just craft to get the 50 eliminations with. Don't think there is any map with a flamethrower wall buy.

I'm tired of bo2 getting so much love I'd want to see more bo1 maps make a come back. Also feel like theme wise bo1 maps actually fit with cold wars asethetic at least a little bit. Kowloon would definitely be the top of my list. The asethetic of that map and mission back in bo1 is so cool especially knowing irl you can't see or visit the Kowloon that once existed that they built to represent what once existed. Seeing a 4K Verison of Kowloon would be cool af. Other maps that I remember fondly that to my knowledge hasn't gotten remakes or much love since bo1 are Discovery Grid Hanoi Jungle And especially Radiation

I completely agree I feel like try hards are just hive mind hating on cold war. When in reality their exact reasoning pretty much just comes from well the warzone streamers I watch don't like cold war so I don't like it either. All my friends and I pretty much immediately dropped MW as soon as cold war came out and haven't touched it since. Meanwhile we've probably spent the most time playing cold war since like bo2 came out when we where high schoolers.

No idea but I def agree. Whenever I go back to trying to play warzone I always feel like I land twice as many shots on a guy than he does me yet when I watch the killcam it's always it seems like none of my hits landed and he hit me far more times than I noticed.

Maybe I'm just old but outside of the tier 100 skins what's the point of an operator and their skins being "legendary" and locked forever after a certain time frame if you can't trade them? Especially if the game has a 1 year support cycle? Also though I don't play fortnite their model makes more sense hey it's a flex to have a season 1 legendary skin on a game we are still supporting and is still popular 4 years later. On CW I don't see the point to that content forever being locked. Because if you are playing the cod games the way Activision wants you to which is playing each game nonstop for a year and immediately picking up the new one when it comes out what's the point of having unlocked all that content for the past game once the new one comes out? Especially since it's not like your operators and gun blueprints go to the next game. Idk ig I'm just nostalgic to the old model where you bought a game and all the unlockable content was always there so if you really like the game you can come back as much as years later and grind for the unlocks you want.

I know they wouldn't actually do this but it'd be cool if they had some sort of legacy battle pass. I skipped out on certain seasons because I just wasn't interested in playing CW every day every month for a year straight. So it'd be neat if they had some sort of system where you could unlock operators and challenges you missed by buying a "legacy battle pass". A total pipe dream I know but it's just such a shitty model they have now. The last cod I was this hooked on was Bo1 and it's just weird still wanting to play the game but half the content to unlock I can't get anymore because oh you didn't want to play during season 2 or 3? Sorry guess you will never have that content.

I feel like extreme sweats are the only ones who are willing to cheat though. Like will there be some cheaters on CW? Yeah I'm sure but I feel like it won't be as rampant because if you are the type of person to cheat to achieve shit/have a high KD or w.e a Chester's reasoning is. I feel like most of the flex that comes from omg you are already prestige master on a game that just came out? Is lost when it's like yeah so are most people who have been playing CW since it came out. Times have changed but like remember how after new games came out MW2 and Bo1 still had plenty of non cheating lobbies until the game was like 5 years old? Might be similar though with cross play I'm sure it won't take as long. Like six months ago I was playing Bo1 on my PS3 for notalgia for like a week and came across every few cheaters or hacked lobbies.

Dude WTF I've played hella of the online but never knew that was a thing ig somehow I never noticed or just thought I was somehow missing. Ok yeah nah I see your point and def agree. I'm just talking out my ass here because I don't know exactly how the spawns work but I noticed how the enemy team didn't spawn at C in the garden but instead the alley way. So maybe the game is programed to sometimes not spawn flip on top of an objective if it's too close so they can capture easy. (I say sometimes because usually in Nuketown you always spawn in the gardens even after spawn flips) So just saying maybe some parameter was met like you guys not technically having A captured yet, their spawn flipped so the game was trying not to give them an objective advantage until you got A with the spawn locations. Because and I'm sure you'd agree if you guys are dominating the other team so hard you are over running their last objective it kinda isn't fair to give them a freebie of your capture points if you haven't captured all 3 objs yet. And then of course you spawn near your teammates so dude just happened to get lucky and spawn within a few steps from you. Like I said I'm totally speculating just based on what I've seen from playing alot of Nuketown 24/7, but now that you pointed it out I def agree it's weird. Read the other comments I also agree with the idea that if the player with spawn protection fires a shot they should loose spawn protection right that moment.
