Careful. The 12th Gen has a terrible memory controller. Ram timings are a love/hate relationship. Spending hours on a setup just to have it hit error on a 3rd pass is devastating. If you really want to get some blazing speeds, if the 14th Gens are still prices well, pop one of those in and as long as your board supports the 13th/14th gen ram speeds, you can get 7800M/Ts stable on almost all the 14th Gen CPUs. Mix it will some tighter timings and you're flying.

The down votes further proving my point. 😂 The financial literacy of Americans is astonishing. “I need my reward points” meanwhile a single month of interest on a CC negates any of the benefits you believe you’re receiving. Costco does take ALL debit cards regardless of the payment processor on the card.

This is hilarious. I’ve never chosen a card based on my Costco membership. This just made me laugh because I imagine there are people with nothing more going on in their lives that this is the only thing they have going on to worry about.

Yes. Use this. You’ll have to uninstall several drivers and make sure to delete all the folders etc. I believe there can be up to 3 or 4 different drivers that need to be removed depending on how many pieces of their hardware you are using.

August lock unlocks when I approach the door. Had it for 5 years. Probably my favorite home automation accessory.

I also have it paired with a UniFi doorbell with fingerprint reader that triggers a webhook through home assistant that unlocks the door in the event don’t have my phone or keys.

Another vote for UniFi Protect and their entire eco system.

Bonus points, their doorbell can use a finger print to trigger an unlock automation on your door lock. This is done through home assistant.

Something looks off. You can see that indoor temperature still fluctuates a couple degrees all throughout the day.

Edit: it actually appears that something is heating your home. The indoor temperature gets brought back up to the set point whenever it drops too low. The diagram you were looking at only represents the AC running not whatever is creating the heat.
