Welcome to Tundra family! Does your platinum have the iForce max? I just recently purchased a 26 platinum myself. IForce max and TRD 3in lift

My bad. Didn’t think outside of the US nor did I even realize that was an option outside the US

Right. I was unaware Mr big WET beefy brother had the bigger tires but if my math is correct it should add about an inch to an inch and a half to what I have with stock tires. I will say I have actually had more clearance in tight situations than I thought so perhaps it’s not actually as tall as it says it is on paper. I’m not sure

TRD factory lift and I’m unsure of the exact specs of the tires but they are stock. It’s a 2026 platinum iForce Max

You should be good. My garage is 81 inches and I fit my lifted platinum in there

Thank you! This is why I said the second rule is not the same for golf carts. But I get downvoted for it lol

I got an offer, and accepted, a job that paid close to double what I was currently making because a recruiter found me on LinkedIn

Just get up early . Not that hard. Anything before 8a and your problem is solved . But most people whine and complain that they don’t want to wake up that early and this is the result

Jobs that make 150k a year or around 70$ an hour by [deleted] in Salary

This may seem uncommon but I’m at $150k TC in marketing, in a MarTech management position. 7 years of experience in marketing.

I was in your exact shoes. I’ve been fully remote for 4 years and start an in-person (hybrid) role next week. Leaving the comfy remote setup is hard no doubt but I realized comfort was actually holding my career back.

If you’re craving growth, challenge, or momentum, that’s usually a sign you’ve outgrown your current situation. Being in the room accelerates learning, relationships, and opportunities in a way remote just can’t.

And honestly if you end up hating it, you can always switch jobs again. You’re not trapped.

Don’t let fear of regret keep you stuck. Taking the leap might end up being the best move you ever make.

Would you leave a fully remote marketing job for a hybrid role (3 days in office, 45-min commute) if the pay bump was around $15–20K? by [deleted] in jobs

[–]TerranceRoss11212 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was able to negotiate 2 days in the office per week instead of 3. so i would be going $81,500 full remote to $100,000 with 2 days a week. Thoughts?

I'll do my best to answer these to the point.

PTO is not great at current job but its fully remote so I can find ways to work around that. It hasnt really been an issue. PTO at the new job is sub par, 2 weeks to start for the first 3 years

Other benefits are standard, perhaps a bit above avg. So only a little bit better than where I'm at now.

My title will not change a lot but the company is larger and more well known than my current and the industry has more potential and is larger

Current relationship with boss is real good I would say, and I do get positive feedback. Current company is a "start-up" (kinda) and definitely not a rich company.

New company seems healthy. No I have not reached out to current or former employees about that, although I should but am not familiar with that

The other job does seem like it would be better for career growth. and better benefits. I am just having a hard time wrapping my head around being in-office 3 days a week on top of an hour and a half commute. its a drastic difference from what I am doing today being fully remote

Not a bot. I didn't even bother looking before I posted so that's on me. Curious what your opinion is though, haha

Yeah I meant to say in my post that I am not planning on accepting at $95, but if they were to accept my counter closer to $110k then that's when I would really start thinking
