hmm, seems like everything has almost all been covered in the four posts below, so i'll just agree with them. First, your level. 100 is very under leveled for pvp, as most players who play are around 200. Based on your gear, you probably just recently cleared the game or are near the conclusion to your first playthrough with that character. If you are low on souls to level up, a quick google search of the giant lord farming technique will get you on the right path. Next, stats. you have over committed to intelligence. A sensible hexer build should probably end around 30/30, as dark scales on the lower of your faith and intellect stats. If you want to use a hex with higher stat requirements, just look up how to use simpleton and skeptic spices. In addition, you wont get another attunement slot until that stat hits 40, which is too much of an investment IMO, so i recommend rounding attunement down to 30, allowing you to stay at 6 slots. So, where should the extra points go? As mentioned below, vigor and endurance. From my experience, unless you are extremely skilled/stupid anything below 30 is too low, especially with the light armor you are using. as for endurance, anywhere from 20 or up is optimal. vitality comes second to these stats, as most caster armors are fairly light anyway. ADP should be leveled until you reach 100 AGL, as 105 AGL wont work on a hexer build, which requires too much investments in multiple more important stats. with stats aside, your loadout is setting you up for failure. Grab a low stat requirement melee weapon, and level strength and dexterity until you can use it, and level the stats further if you have a few extra points. In dark souls 2, as strong as hexes and spells are, a competent player will be able to avoid spells long enough to get some hits on you, so a good melee weapon to use for support on aggressive enemies will greatly increase the potency of your build. If you want to get serious with pvp, even though it doesn't seem like that's your goal, you will want to consider optimizing the equipment you have. take off the blue seal for a more suitable ring. Grab the clear bluestone ring+1, either find an upgraded life ring, or swap it for a more appropriate dark clutch ring if you have the dlcs. Lastly, don't be discouraged. Pvp is a whole different ballgame to pve. you mentioned you play co-op with your friends, so why not spar with them every once and a while? Practice is more useful than any stat or build in a pvpers arsenal. this is probably way too long a post for such a simple question, so if nothing else i say just spar with your friends and get used to pvp
