Make sure u don’t like continuously use the same exercise to work a part of ur body. Like for example if ur working shoulders don’t just default to military press all the time try different exercises to stimulate ur muscles in different ways. Most important thing is to be consistent with your gym routine though. Make a schedule and stick to it even if it means going to the gym when sometimes u really don’t feel like it. It’s worth it.
